The sacred toolkit

Everything that keeps you in the stream

One practice at the center, and around it the tools that carry your vision and your feeling through the rest of the day.

The core practice

Guided Meditations

You will drop into sessions built around seeing the outcome and feeling it as already true, gathered by the intention you are holding, so the practice meets you where your goal actually is.

Old practice, real research

Built on habits worth keeping

Staying in the stream is a practice, and it is built out of simple habits that researchers have actually studied: naming your gratitude, writing your intentions down, and pausing to breathe. The aim is quiet and steady: to hold an elevated feeling and a clear intention together through an ordinary day.

Counting your blessings

In a randomized study, people who kept a weekly gratitude list reported feeling better about their lives than those who tracked hassles. That habit sits at the center of the journal.

Writing it down

Research suggests that putting your experiences and intentions into words can support how you feel and cope over time. Manifestream gives that writing a daily place to happen.

Pausing to breathe

A meta-analysis of clinical trials found that meditation programs can offer modest help with anxiety, low mood, and stress. Guided sessions sit at the center of the app for that reason.

The founding circle

Be here from the first light

Manifestream is being built in the open, alongside the people who will use it. The founding circle is not the community inside the app, which everyone gets. It is the smaller group who walks through the door first, and who shapes the practice instead of receiving it finished.

Questions

What to know before you join

What is Manifestream?

Manifestream is a daily practice app and community in the making. It brings manifestation, meditation, gratitude, journaling and mindset work into one place, with guided sessions at the center and everything around them there to keep your vision and the feeling of it with you through the whole day. It is in active development, so nothing here is a finished product yet.

Why is it called Manifestream?

Manifest, and stream. The stream is the state you are reaching for: your vision and the feeling of it, running together. The app exists to keep you in that stream all day, not only for ten minutes in the morning, and to keep you there until it becomes true.

When does the app launch?

The app is in active development and there is no launch date to announce yet. When one is set, the waitlist will be the first to hear it.

What will the app include?

Guided meditations at the core, and around them a vision board, an affirmation deck, an intention journal for gratitude and intentions, daily anchors that keep your vision within reach through the hours, milestones that mark what lands, and a community where members share what is actually working. Where research exists for a habit we build on, it shapes the design: coherent breathing sits at the center, and the writing tools lean on gratitude and what you genuinely value rather than on repeating affirmations at you. The research page shows that reasoning in full. It is still taking shape, so the details may evolve as we build.

What do I get by joining the waitlist?

You join the founding circle: first access when the app opens, a real say in which tools we build next, and early word on pricing, launch timing, and new features before any public announcement.

Is Manifestream free?

Pricing has not been announced yet. We are still deciding how it will work, and the waitlist will hear the details before anyone else.
